Our typical "On Sale Day" each week are Wednesdays.
ex. The Sharon, TVCS Gymnatorium, The Tracy, etc.
Please list the date mm/dd/yy followed by the time(s) of productions on that day. Separate dates and times with a comma.
Ex. 11/10/23 2:00pm & 7:00pm, 11/11/23 2:00pm
ex. 30 mins prior, 45 mins prior, etc.
Door Open time is when patrons will be allowed to start taking their seats. Box Office sales will be cut off 75 mins prior to this time by default and the manifest will be sent. At-the-door sales will still be available online through QR signage. If you prefer Box Office sales to be cut off any sooner or later, please specify in the extra notes section at the end of the form.
